Fathers Response to JISD After Being Denied Access to Children at School

Since this states that visitations are to be held at Suni and Larry Mares house and they refuse to let me see my kids since I found bruises on Takoda, they are breaking this judge decreed order as well.I have not seen or heard from my children in over 6 months. The school is not allowing me to check in on them and JPD continues to harass me when in Jacksonville trying to protect my children.

Interference with Child Custody is a state jail felony.
Sec. 25.03.  INTERFERENCE WITH CHILD CUSTODY.  (a)  A person commits an offense if the person takes or retains a child younger than 18 years of age:

(1)  when the person knows that the person’s taking or retention violates the express terms of a judgment or order, including a temporary order, of a court disposing of the child’s custody;
(d)  An offense under this section is a state jail felony.

Who do I need to talk to enforce my parental rights that are being denied by Bethlehem Rose Freeman West Kincade, Suni Kay West Rinehart Mares, and Lawrence Randolf Mares?

I need to file a report with the proper authorities, are you it?

On the contrary they make sure that the children can not talk about abuse to their only parent who seems to be concerned about the safety of these children. My daughter did not want to show up to these visits now because she does not want to lie to me, nor tell me the truth. She can not lie to me very well, it effects her greatly. When I called CPS during one of my last visits with my children, as well as JPD about my kids being beaten I was told by Jason Price to bring my kids to JPD for questioning.
I have that recording as well.

Once I talked to CPS, again recorded, she instructed me to stay close and make sure my kids are safe. Then after she talks to JPD she changes her tone and I get a citation for trespassing on a public street. JPD issues a concerned Father a ticket for reporting Child Abuse

The fact that I am now having to go back to an agency that not only has harassed me, but endangered my children’s lives over and over again, in order to get permission to see my children is alarming. Dangerously alarming along with the fact that my concerns of abuse have been dismissed by your faculty as well as JPD on more than one occasion. This was a civil matter and now you have recommended that I go to the criminal enforcement arm of the court.

There has yet to be anyone to take my children’s account of abuse seriously.

The last time I showed up in court with the positive drug results from Richard Kincade that showed he was positive for cocaine in April of 2013, that and filing a formal complaint against Craig Fletcher that ultimately got him fired, all of this led me to be jailed in solitary confinement for 177 days. This was after my son was telling me he saw Richard doing drugs.

In December of 2011 I was assaulted in my home at 802 Bryan St. – JPD refused to investigate and never followed up with any arrests of the perpetrators. There was a kid who confessed to this assault but he was not the one who took pictures of my while bound on my couch on Dec. 14 2011. Bethlehem moved out of this residence and did not notify the proper authorities of that move as described in this attached document so I went to jail again in Cherokee county at the hands of JPD.

There is so much corruption in this town, county, area, that NO one seems to be thinking about the children that this corruption is effecting. Who is going to do the correct things here?

I have petitioned the highest courts and leaders in the land personally handing my petition to the guards at the White House gates, as well as hand delivered this to Gregg Abbot while he was here in Waco last September. NO response to date, why, what in the world could be more important than children’s safety?
