JPD Issues a Concerned Father a Ticket for Reporting Child Abuse

On Saturday July 18th, 2015 my son tells me about his spankings at his mothers house. 3 spankings a week and he has bruises on his bottom from these spankings. The person spanking him is Richard Kincade Jr. 10/31/77
What I do next gets me a citation for a Warning for Criminal Trespassing from Jacksonville Police Department for driving to Jacksonville from Tyler Texas an hour before my visit is over to ensure that “proper authorities” can handle this situation without me removing my children from a court ordered location for supervised visits (a demand of their mothers in a hearing held by a now defamed former State Judge, Craig Fletcher).

I call CPS during this time frame and get the Austin number to escalate the case to CPS locally. I talk with the investigator after I notice that the abuser has left the residence of the abuse at the exact same time that my ex wife is notified by the supervised visitation staff that I am making a report. Richard Kincade went to an undisclosed location and brought a bag with him. What was in this bag?

I want to make sure that my kids are safe so I go back to a vantage point on a different street but with full vantage point of the front of my children’s likely location. I continue to talk with CPS. The investigator is glad I have eyes on the situation. She contacts Law Enforcement (JPD) and eventually JPD arrives and one unit detains me and then asks me to stay put. Later this same unit with officer Price, detains me for a second time and issues me a citation for a Warning for Criminal Trespassing. I never stepped foot on anyone’s private property that I was not supposed to be on. And I was never even around Bethlehem Kincade that day. I have this audio recording as well.
